Questions people actually ask
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
You pick a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically, because no card was taken to start. If you do nothing, the account stops selling rather than quietly billing you.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. The monthly price is the price. A platform that takes a cut is incentivised by your revenue rather than by whether the software works, and it makes a good month more expensive for no extra cost to us.
What counts as a sales channel?
Each connected account: your Shopify shop, your Amazon seller account, your eBay account, and so on. Your Qwikr storefront is included on every plan and does not count against the limit.
Can I keep using Shopify as my main shop?
Yes, and plenty do. Set your primary storefront to Shopify or WooCommerce and Qwikr stops publishing one of its own, while stock sync, marketplaces and operations carry on. That is usually the reason people arrive.
Will connecting my marketplace accounts overwrite my listings?
No. Marketplaces default to stock-only: quantities flow, titles and images do not. Content sync is something you switch on deliberately, per account, and nothing is written to an account at all until its previous state has been captured.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, up or down. Limits apply from the moment the change takes effect; going down does not delete anything you have already created.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, on every plan including the trial. Products, orders, customers. An export you cannot run is a lock-in you have not noticed yet.
